Delete your vendor account & data in-app

Vendors register a shop with a name, mobile number, categories, and location. You can permanently delete this account and all associated data directly from the app:

1. Open the Veedhi Kadai app.
2. Go to the Settings tab (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm twice when prompted — this is a safety step since deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your shop profile (name, phone number, PIN)
• Your shop location and category listings
• Your subscription status
• All buyer ratings and reviews left for your shop

This happens immediately when you confirm — there is no waiting period.

FOR BUYERS

Buyer browsing has no account to delete

Veedhi Kadai does not require buyers to create an account, sign up, or log in. Buyers browse nearby shops anonymously. The only data associated with a buyer is:

Data	Details
Anonymous device identifier	A random ID generated on your device (not linked to your name, phone number, or any personal information) used only so that submitting a second rating for the same shop updates your first rating instead of creating a duplicate.
Star rating & comment	Left voluntarily on a vendor's shop page. Not linked to any identity.

Uninstalling the app removes this identifier from your device. If you'd like a specific review you left removed from a shop's page, contact us below with the shop name and approximate date, and we will remove it.

Don't have the app, or can't access it?

You can request deletion of your vendor account and data without using the app by emailing us:

Please include the phone number your shop was registered with. We will verify and permanently delete the account within a reasonable time, and confirm by email once done.
