Veedhi Kadai ("the App") helps street vendors list their shop for the day and helps nearby buyers find them. This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and how it's handled. The App is operated by HighwaysHub.

This confirms you're a real person who actually controls the phone number you register with, so someone else can't create a vendor account using your number without your knowledge. We also use it to send you a one-time code if you ever forget your PIN. Your email is never shown to buyers. |

| Recovery PIN | Stored as a one-way hash (never in plain text). Used to log in and, together with the email code above, to recover your account on a new device. |

Buyers do not create an account, sign up, or log in. Browsing is anonymous.

| Device location (precise) | Used at the moment you open the app to find shops near you and calculate distance. It is sent with each search request but is not stored on our servers tied to your identity. |
| Anonymous device identifier | A random ID generated on your device (not your name, phone number, or any account). Used only so a second rating you leave on the same shop updates your first one instead of creating a duplicate, and so a "report shop" submission can be traced back if needed. |

| Shop view / call counts | We log that a shop's page was viewed or its Call button was tapped, as an aggregate count shown to that vendor (e.g. "12 views today"). This is not linked to any individual buyer. |
Uninstalling the app removes your anonymous device identifier — a fresh install gets a new one.
The App requests precise location access (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) because finding nearby shops is the App's core purpose — without it, neither buyers nor vendors can use the main feature. Location is read using Android's on-device Fused Location Provider (a Google Play services component) and is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking across other apps.

Vendor data is kept for as long as the account is active. Vendors can permanently delete their account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account in the App — this takes effect immediately. The Veedhi Kadai App, its name, branding, design, source code, and underlying systems are the sole property of Highways Hub Enterprises ("HighwaysHub"). All content on the platform — including vendor listings, shop photos, product postings, categories, and any other material submitted through the App — is owned, curated, and managed by HighwaysHub as part of the App's directory service, and may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, redistributed, or used to build a competing service without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of the App's content, impersonation of a vendor or their contact details, submission of fraudulent listings, or other misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. HighwaysHub reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against any individual or entity found responsible, including but not limited to action under:
We actively monitor the platform for impersonation and fraudulent activity — this is a core reason vendor sign-up requires a verified Google account tied to a real identity. Violations reported to us will be investigated and may result in immediate account suspension in addition to legal action.
The App is intended for adult shop vendors and general buyers, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
